It applies to bokko.co and covers the website only — not the separate advertising accounts, platforms, or data we may manage on behalf of clients under a service agreement.

• Google Firebase — stores and delivers the content shown on this site (case studies, images, page text).
• Google Tag Manager, Analytics and Ads — used for site analytics and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns, as described above.
• Behold.so — powers the embedded Instagram feed shown on this site; this may load content directly from Instagram/Meta when you view that section.

Each of these providers has its own privacy practices governing data they process on our behalf.

Data retention

We keep contact form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry, maintain business records, or as required by law — after which they're deleted.

Your rights

Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), and similar laws that may apply depending on where you're located, you have the right to:
